Shoes (Online Exclusive)

Online Exclusive items will be shipped within 5-7 business days of order placement. However, most items are shipped within 1-3 business days. Online exclusives are shipped directly from our most trusted vendors we work with. 

Online exclusive items are not available for in store pick-up and must be shipped. You can add additional in stock items to your order along with an online exclusive but only if you would like shipping for all items. If you would like to pick-up the in stock items, we recommend placing a separate order.

Online Exclusive items may be returned in store/via mail within 14 days for a refund or store credit. Please return in original packaging it comes in (often a clear bag with a sku sticker on it). Since the item is being directly shipped from the vendor to the customer, an exchange may not be possible. We ask that you do not buy multiple sizes of online exclusive items with the intent of returning some of these items.
