You may return new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If you elect "In Store Pickup" for an item you may return it within 21 days from the date of order for a full refund. In the case of a purchase during a sale promo where you receive a free product, free product cannot be returned but can be exchanged for a similar item of equal or lesser value included in the sale promotion.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you'd like to return your item to our store, you may do so within the return window described above.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Online Exclusive items may be returned in store/via mail as well following the above time frame for a refund or store credit in the original packaging it comes in (often a clear bag with a sku sticker on it). Since the item is being directly shipped from the vendor to the customer, an exchange may not be possible. We ask that you do not buy multiple sizes of online exclusive items with the intent of returning some of these items.
